Free Training Days – for novice athletes

Working in partnership with Triathlon England, we are pleased to offer Free Training Days for all novice athletes that enter any of the Midlands Sprint Triathlon Series pool swim events or the Speedo Big Triathlon Nottingham open water sprint triathlon.

The Training Days will be led by qualified coaches from Triathlon England & will incorporate not only swimming, cycling & running but also transition training & what to expect on the day.

Sun 19th Feb                          Yarborough Leisure Centre, Lincoln                                     9am – 12 noon

Sun 1st April                          David Lloyd Health & Leisure Club, Lincoln                       9am – 3pm

Sat 14th April                         Southwell Leisure Centre, Nottingham                               9am – 3pm

Sun 29th April                        National Water Sports Centre, Nottingham                      9am – 3pm

Sat 6th May                            Jubilee Park, Woodhall Spa, Lincoln                                  9am – 3pm

Sun 2nd Sep                            Southwell Leisure Centre, Nottingham                               9am – 3pm

Numbers will be limited & only confirmed competitors will be invited onto the training day. Once you have entered then a weekly invite will be sent out to all novice competitors until the training days are full.
