Less than 200 places left for our first triathlon of the season. Our first event using 'Electronic Timing'. ELECTRONIC TIMING CHIPS AT SOUTHWELL & MANSFIELD As part as our ongoing event improvements, at both Southwell & Mansfield Sprint Triathlons, all competitors will be timed using Electronic Timing Chips. This ensures that every competitor will receive 100% accurate times, the second they cross the finish. There will also be a large plasma screen on the finish line showing up to date results including splits and categories. It is our aim to use Electronic Timing Chips at all of our events in 2005. Clumber Park is currently under going some major restoration work, this includes the dredging of the lake to increase its depth.
