Its no use turning up late as you just will not be let in!!

By entering any One Step Beyond Promotions or Beyond Transition event, you are agreeing to abide by the following 'Terms & Conditions'.�

Confirmation Of Entry: Cashing of your cheque confirms your place in the race/event that you have entered.

Race Information: will be sent to only competitors that have supplied an A5 size stamped addressed envelope. It will be sent approximately 2 weeks before the event. If you do not supply an A5 (or larger) size envelope, we will deem it that you wish to view Race Information on our race website. N.B. That due to internet limitations, not all of the Race Information will be available on the internet.

Unable to Race: If for any reason you are not able to race, then please inform One Step Beyond Promotions immediately. If you inform One Step Beyond Promotions in writing (inc. email) before the closing date of the event, then you will receive a Race Credit for 50% of the value of your entry fee. Race Credits can be used at any of our races to be redeemed against the entry fee.

If you do not notify us until after the closing date or do not attend the race/event then you will not receive any type of credit what so ever.

Transfer Of Entry: Under no circumstances do we allow you to transfer your entry to either an other event, or to other person. If you wish to transfer your entry, please follow the guidelines as if you were unable to race, and then use the Race Credit to re-apply for an race/event.

Registration: You will be notified before your race/event what time you must register. If you do not attend registration within the times specified then you may not be allowed to race, and you will lose your right to a place in that race/event.

Prizes: If you are awarded a prize, then please be in attendance to receive your prize. If you are not there to receive your prize, then your prize will not be awarded. Prizes will be awarded in age categories were there are as least 3 other competitors in same age group in the same sex have entered before the race.

Completing Your Entry Form: It is very important to complete your entry form fully and neatly. If you do not complete ALL sections, then we will have to include a 'default' entry for the section that you do not complete. If you do not complete the 'swim time' we will enter a 'default' time of 10 minutes. And if you do not complete the 'age on' we will enter a 'default' age of 21.

If we are unable to read any section of your entry form, we will return it to you for you to complete it again. This will also mean that your entry will not be completed & no place will be reserved for you.

Late Entries: If there are still places available after the closing date, you must include an additional �5 to cover additional administration work. If you do not include the �5 late entry fee, then your entry will be returned.

Event Changes: One Step Beyond Promotions or Beyond Transition has the right to change any event for the reason of safety without prior notice.

Cancellation: If for reasons beyond the control of One Step Beyond Promotions or Beyond Transition, the race/event which you have entered is cancelled. We will either issue a Race Credit to the value of your entry fee or transfer your entry to an other of our race/events.
