Entries Open for Nottingham’s Speedo Big Swim

Entries are now open for the The Speedo Big Nottingham Swim at Holme Pierrepont National Water Sports Centre in Nottingham on 23 July. The open water swimming event, which has a new name this year, takes place as part of a spectacular weekend of sport that includes the award-winning Outlaw Triathlon on 24 July.
The swim event attracted hundreds last summer, including all levels from complete beginners to Olympic heroes.
Competitors will have the choice of a 500m, 1500m or 3000m open water swim, to raise money for the British Heart Foundation. » Read more…
Outlaw wins ‘Event of the year’

It is with our greatest pleasure that we announce that, The Outlaw was voted as ‘Event of the Year’ at the annual 220 Triathlon Awards on Saturday evening. This is a great feat, considering the competition included the London Triathlon – the worlds largest, Windsor Triathlon – a world wide known iconic event & The Vitruvian, the winner for the past 3 years.

For all those Outlaw competitors, you will be given a great chance to relive the Outlaw Swim & Triathlon again on Friday night, all from the comfort of your armchair. There will be a 60 minute program at 8.30pm showing the highlights of the Outlaw on Sky Sports 4.
