TIMEX SPRINT TRIATHLON SERIES FINAL STANDINGS

The Timex Sprint Triathlon Series Final Standings are now available. With over 1,000 competitors taking part in the series there is plenty to take in. Did you beat your training partner, friends, club members or did you win your age group and the prize of an Ironman Triathlon Target Zone Heart Rate Monitor provided by our series sponsor Timex.

Mark Redwood proved to be the outstanding competitor scoring 2,999 from a possible 3,000 points. Other high scorers were Nick Dunn with 2,994 and Louise Collins with 2907 points. The most competitive age groups for both the male and females were the 35-39 and 40-44 with over 160 males and 60 females in both of the age groups.

Well done to everyone who completed the series and we will look to bring it back even stronger and bigger in 2008!
