Clumber Park Duathlon to host first British Age-Group Championships of the season

British Triathlon is pleased to announce next year’s British Duathlon Championships are set to take place on 21 March 2015 as part of the Clumber Park Duathlon.
The well-known event is a long-term host of both British Championships and Great Britain Age-Group Team qualifiers and will be the first opportunity for age-group duathletes to win a British title next season. Wow what a great day yesterday, truly amazing compared to last years snow. We are very pleased to publish the first set of provisional results from the Clumber Park Classic Duathlon - click here to download in excel.
Big congratulations to Peter Ellis & Jess Learmonth for winning the Sprint Distance & Duncan Bullock & Pollyanne Linskill for winning the Standard Distance.
Good luck to all of those athletes that qualified to race in the World Championships in Spain.
Clumber Park Classic Duathlon - start list & final race info

We have great pleasure to confirm the final details for this Saturday’s Clumber Park Classic Duathlon. The Start List for all 900 competitors have been uploaded, as well as the Final Race Information for the event.
Entries have now closed and there will be no entries on the day.
The office will close on Wednesday 19 March at 4.30pm to allow for setting up the event.

The latest figures from Triathlon England are showing another massive increase in the number of people participating in triathlon – and we certainly noticed our novice events selling out earlier than ever this year. So we wanted to let you know that we’ve opened 2014 entries this week for all of our pool sprint events.
We’re also working with Triathlon England to offer a free novice training session for everyone who enters our pool sprint events. During the entry process, just confirm that you wish to attend a novice training day & we will send you more details shortly.
The GB Age Group team qualifications events, Clumber Duathlon, Nottingham Tri and the Rother Valley Tri Fest are ticking along nicely. There’s still plenty of places left but don’t leave it too late if you’re aiming for that GB trisuit! » Read more…
