It’s called the 7 “Biggest Mistakes” and it covers the errors that athletes make in preparing for their long distance triathlons. Simons says “I know many athletes who should have hit their target on race day, only to come up an hour or two short. They usually blame their training and sometimes their coach.”
Simon continues, “OK, so one big mistake, such as training while injured, might lead to you missing the whole race, but more often than not it’s the 10 small mistakes each costing 2-3 minutes that are the real problem.”
