Outlaw Training Day - New Date Confirmed

Outlaw 11 - Race Info Front PageSaturday 14th May has been confirmed as our ONLY Outlaw Training Day in 2011. The training day will be lead by Simon Ward of TheTriathlonCoach.com, 220 Triathlon Magazine Coach of the Year & the UK’s leading Iron Distance Coach, with over 100 athletes successfully completing Iron Distance Triathlons.

The training day will again be held at the event venue of National Water Sports Centre, Nottingham starting at 0900am. It will be a busy day including a practical swim & run sessions along the course. And theory sessions on nutrition planning, training preparation, event tapering, and not forgetting a video of the bike course. Finishing the busy day with a question & answer session.

It will be a very hectic down at the National Water Sports Centre, as we are organising the Outlaw Training Day on the same day as The Nottingham Triathlon, so why not come along with family & friends & whilst you learn about triathlon, they can actually get involved do The Nottingham Triathlon.
