Clumber Park Duathlon - 300 places left

The Clumber Park Duathlon takes place in a little under two months on Saturday 21 March. Over 700 competitors have already signed up, but it’s not too late to join them or get your friends to join in! The good news is that we’re still taking entries and there’s still plenty of time left to train.

The standard distance event doubles as the British Duathlon Championships so competitors can win national Age-Group titles, both sprint and standard distance act as qualification events for 2015 World Championships & 2016 European Championships! However, it’s not just about the fastest competitors, there are always plenty of novices too, and people competing in teams of three as a relay. It all takes place in the stunning National Park in north Nottinghamshire.

The Standard Duathlon covers a 10km run, 40km bike and 5km and the Sprint covers half of all those distances. Don’t confuse this with our off road event that took place a couple of months ago, this is a road course, with some closed private roads as well as rolling open roads. It’s an ideal course for TT bikes and road bikes, although there are often a few hybrids and other bikes on show.
