just wanted to say a massive thank you to all the people that made my day so enjoyable yesterday. In particular the ladies behind the desks at registration were so helpful and encouraging and didn’t mind my endless questions or get grumpy with me for forgetting stuff. Also the guys around transition were so supportive it made such a difference. Thank you again.

I competed in the Soutwell Spint tri at the weekend with a couple of friend and I would like to congratulate you and a really well run event that was fun for all of us. It it very good to see events which are intended for all level to enjoy. Well done.
Southwell was my first triathlon and I would like to let you know how much I enjoyed it.
