CoachingOn Wednesday February 8th @ 7pm our Outlaw Training Partner, Simon Ward from TheTriathlonCoach.com be delivering a FREE online webinar titled “Strength Training for Endurance Athletes” when Simon will explain exactly why he is so passionate about this subject and why he believes that it’s a mistake not to be engaging in this type of work out on a regular basis.

There’s plenty of research evidence which suggests that regular strength training can boost endurance performances. Sadly many endurance athletes are still missing out on this vital element of their training.

In the webinar Simon will take you through a step by step process to show you how you can simply & effectively incorporate gym work into your routine without compromising your other training.

For the last 17 years Simon has been encouraging endurance athletes to include a year round strength & conditioning programme as part of their weekly schedule. Amazingly, despite overwhelming evidence, some athletes are still missing out.

Some of the reasons given include;

• I don’t think it will work
